By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Services Offered

Blue Bird Energy Healing provides energy medicine sessions aimed at promoting healing and well-being through energy balancing techniques.

Energy Medicine is not the practice of medicine

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your health history and any current medical conditions. It is your responsibility to inform the practitioner of any changes in your health status or medication before each session.

4. Informed Consent

Before booking a session, clients must read and agree to the informed consent form, which outlines the nature of the treatment, potential risks and benefits, and your rights as a client.

5. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment: All sessions must be paid in full before the session. Accepted payment methods include cash payments & e-transfers to jeanette.flemmer@gmail.com.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee ($75).

6. Confidentiality

We value your privacy. Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blue Bird Energy Healing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to access our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
